Owner & pilot David Mercier has been flying for more than 3 decades as an experienced commercial pilot and flight instructor. He wanted to become a pilot since he was a child, building and flying model airplanes. He finally became an FAA certified pilot in 1985. David purchased his first multi-engine aircraft in 1995. After being trained by some of the best commercial pilots in the country, he went on to train other pilots and obtain his air carrier certificate #DODA459J.

While there are many companies offering jet aircraft for charter, their services are only affordable to wealthy clientele and large corporations. David discovered that there was a need for an affordable air charter service in north San Diego and Orange counties.

By operating a light twin-engine and medium sized turbo-prop airplane for charter, the general public can now have access to numerous locations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico which are inaccessible by the commercial airlines or impractical to reach by automobile.
